ROLE DESCRIPTION

'DinoExplorer' was my first ever developed solo project. The requirements for the game were that it had to be in 2D, therefore I chose to create a top-down project. Based after a cryogenic freezing mishap during a collapse of human civilization, the player is placed within a Gameworld of little familiarity and must navigate their way to a safe-haven, tackling ferocious Ai and challenges along their journey.

'DinoExplorer' demonstrates my learning of basic 2D game development knowledge with its incorporation of tile mapping, grid locked movement and NavMesh Agent Ai. Within the game, many collectibles can be found and added or dropped from a simple inventory, weapons and tools can be crafted and enemy Ai can be attacked. 

The code was written by myself and the pixelated art work was also created by myself, with a range of enemies, collectibles and weapons.
